"Welcome to our house in this lovely part of Provence"
Hello and welcome to our beautiful home located on the outskirts of Apt in the Luberon hills, at the heart of classic Provence! The house is in a very quiet location but only 800 metres from the old centre of Apt!

We`ve lovingly renovated and modernised the house in order to give our guests the best holiday experience possible.
The house features six bedrooms in total - five in the house, one in the grounds. It has a large outdoor pool, a mature garden with a new boules court, and resides in hills above Apt with superb views towards Saignon and the Luberon. The stone cabin near the pool provides ensuite accomodation for two.
The large living-dining room is on the upper floor along with the kitchen and two bedrooms. Along the outside is a balcony which enjoys a magnificent view towards Saignon. These two bedrooms and the living room benefit from air-conditioning. On the cooler ground floor there are three bedrooms with the middle one accessible only from either of the adjoining bedrooms. All the beds have good quality mattresses and excelllent storage space. Also on the ground floor is a 2nd living room with a convertible sofa which can be made available if necessary. There are bathrooms and separate WCs on each floor. In total the house and cabin have three bathrooms and WCs.
The house also features good WIFI and mobile reception, two TVs (French cable and UK satellite). Your Netflix is available via the DVDs and there is an outdoor table tennis table. Access to house bicycles can be made arranged.

The kitchen is well equipped and there are televisions in both living rooms. TVs have DVDs and access to UK and French TV channels

The house itself sits in over 3,000 sq metres of land . The pool is 10m by 5m and sits below the outside dining area. The cabin sits a little down from the pool and has its own en-suite.

For 2018 we are building a boulodrome so visitors can enjoy the warm evenings playing boules (petanque). We have also installed a new central heating system for the cooler spring and autumn evenings.

The accommodation as a whole is very flexible and works well for different age-groups with lots of scope for some privacy in what can be a busy holiday environment
The property is only a twenty minute drive from the main villages of the Luberon (Bonnieux, Gordes, Lacoste, Roussillon etc) and only an hour`s drive from the town of Avignon with its TGV connections to Paris and Eurostar direct from London.

For those wishing to enjoy the area outside the main school holiday periods the house works very well for smaller groups or single families. Special rates will be available on request. Visitors in our first year included walkers, bridge-players, groups of friends as well as fanily groups.
